What an incredible day we had Friday! We want to thank everyone who joined us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of our new baseball and softball fields. ⚾️🥎🎉
Dr. Thigpen, The Board of Education, Dr. Parker, and other honorees cut the ribbon to officially open our new baseball and softball fields.
It was an honor to have Jones County coaching legends Glenn Smith and Debbie Philyaw throw out the first pitches and officially kick off the inaugural games. Their passion for the sport was palpable and it set the tone for a fantastic future.
We loved seeing so many members of our community come out to support the opening of these fields. The excitement and energy were contagious and we can't wait to see how these new facilities bring our community even closer together.
