Wheww! It is hard to believe the school is half over already, where has all the time gone. I want to take the time just to remind everyone of the role of a school counselor. A school counselor is a staff member that serves as an advocate for ALL students. My role is to provide preventive and responsive services to ALL students in the three major domains of academics, social/emotional and career. I work closely with every staff member to make sure that EVERY student is receive the services needed to be successful at school and beyond. I also work closely with families to make sure that ALL students are supported and families feel welcome and an important part of the school community.
