If you are new to the area and need to enroll a student who has already been enrolled in another NC public school, you will need to bring a withdrawal form from the previous school, an immunization record, and a birth certificate to the school. At that time we can give you the other forms that will need to be filled out and request your child’s records from their previous school.

If your child has not previously be in school, you will need to bring the immunization record and birth certificate to the school. You will then fill out all necessary forms.
