available. I am very excited to begin my third year in education as part
of the Pollocksville Elementary family! GOOOO PANTHERS!
Meet Mr. "E" -
I am proud to say that I have been a Panther for 3 years now!
I am enjoying the move from 3rd grade to 5th and 6th grade
Math and Science (my two favorite subjects) for the 2012-2013 school year!
In 2009, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in
Elementary Education (K-6) from East Carolina University, where I also
recieved an additional Reading licensure for grades K-12. Prior to
graduating from ECU, I worked for 2 years as a substitute teacher
in Jones County where I had the opportunity to work with many of the
students and staff members of our wonderful school system. In 2007,
I earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Craven
Community College. During my time at Craven Community College,
I worked as an Academic Math Tutor as well as a Supplemental
Instructor for remedial through college level Math and American
History. I spent many years living in Comfort but currently reside in
New Bern.
I am excited to be working with the students and families of our PES
5th and 6th graders for the 2012-2013 school year!
