It is exciting to become reaquainted with some very familar names and faces from Pollocksville. Years ago I began my teaching career here.
My role is to teach Physical Education to all grade levels at Pollocksville and Maysville Elementary Schools. Physical activities are known to increase brain function and memory stability. With the EOG's soon approaching, we will all be needing a brain boost!
My favorite activities include coaching baseball, playing golf, as well as watching my favorite sports on TV. I truly enjoy watching my favorite college football team, the ECU Pirates crush the opposing team. During basketball season, I enjoy rooting on the Carolina Tarheels, as they whip Duke!
After completing my BS degree in Physical Education from ECU in 1993, I began teaching in the Jones County School System. Since that time, I have enjoyed every minute coaching and teaching a broad range of students all over the county. I am proud of the students of Jones County and enjoy doing what I love the best, teaching students to love sports!
